Teething sucks

My son is teething.  He's got his two center-bottom teeth in, and his right-center top tooth is cutting through right now.

He was a very very unhappy boy last night... well, every night for the last 5 days, really, but last night was the worst.

He was awake and crying between 2 and 3am.  I finally got him to go down, but he woke back up at 5am.  He was very much insistent that I be holding him.  If I wasn't holding him, he was screaming bloody murder.  When I would finally get him to fall asleep, the second I laid him down, he woke up and started screaming again.

This continued until 7:30am.  So I was awake between 2 and 3, and then again between 5 and 7:30, and then of course I had to get back up just a short while after that to GO TO FUCKING WORK.

I am a very very tired tired woman.


so... very... fucking..... tired.
