I've got six pages written of the next chapter of Curbed Rebellion. Technically I could leave it as a short chapter and go with it as it is... If anyone is dying for it, just say so and I may consider it.
I also got an entire chapter of Reboot written.... unfortunately it isn't the NEXT chapter. It's probably 3 chapters away. lol...
It's a fairly significant plot moment, and I had it planned out really well in my head (which is rare) so I wrote it out. Now I've just got to get myself to write the chapters between where I am right now in the story, and this chapter I just finished writing.
I also spent about 3 hours last night writing out an abandoned plot bunny. Yeah... I'm aweful. I throw away too much writing time on plot bunnies that won't leave me alone.
Funny thing is that this is a crossover story. A twilight-potter crossover. lol... Yeah, I'm definitely aweful.
That actually brings me to a question - does anyone actually know of any potter-twilight crossover fics that DONT suck? Cuz I have a hard time finding ANY.
When it comes to Potter crossovers, I'm not looking for a fic that tries to splice together relationships. I'm really not looking for a Harry x Edward fic, or a Harry x Bella fic. I'd rather find one with cannon couples and the two universes interacting.
And for the love of all that's holy, no fics where they try tp put Severus with one of the twilight crew. That just icks me out. lol....
In any case, it seems like every fic I've found that actually keeps cannon couples is written by a 14 year old with terrible grammar. It's quite frustrating, so I usually give up quickly. I know there HAS to be at least one or two good crossover fics out there, but I just can't find any. Which is frustrating.
Which is also why I started writing my own. lol.
But I'm not letting myself go down that road. I already have too many unfinished stories laying around and I'm not about to let myself get spread even more thin by trying to write another story.
So I'm officially deaming it abandoned.
Should I post it? Put it up for adoption?
It doesn't end in a very convenient place. It's not even a full chapter. I think it's like 7 pages long.
I'll think about it.
Anyway, my son is kicking me, so I'll go back to trying to get him to go back to sleep.
