I hate mondays.
Like, really really loath them.
But I suppose that's true for most people.
I got like NO sleep last night too, which makes it that much worse. But I'm so damn unmotivated at work, which is lame. I need to kick my own ass and get this thing started. I'm all prepped, I just need to start.
meeeeeehhh....
So, I've been going through Uncharted 2 and it's made of all sorts of uber awesome win.
Seriously - it's AWESOME. Totally effing fantastic game.
Not only are the visuals totally amazing, and the gameplay is amazing, but the story is AWESOME. It's so cinematic, and the characters are amazing, and the dialog is fantastic, and the banter is hilarious.
It's just awesome.
awesomeawesomeawesome and I REALLY shouldn't have stayed up till 2am last night because of it. ^_^;;;;;;
Yeah... so I guess the no-sleep thing is partially my own damn fault - but when you have a 4 month old you don't exactly get a lot of time to do things like gaming until the little stinker goes to sleep.
In other news, I've gotten more of that Edward model done. He's rigged now, and I've been setting up some automated facial rig stuff. Basically wanted something to stick in my portfolio since I can't put much of my work stuff in there. Our current project probably won't be finished for like 2 years or something, so anything I do at work from now till then, can't be shown at all.
I'm thinking that after I'm done with Edward I might do the other Cullens. I'm torn between doing Jazz, Emmett, or Alice next. I want to do Alice's head & hair really bad, but less enthused about the body. Just petite with trendy clothes... meh - wouldn't be too hard. I'll do Alice next. But after that it's either Em or Jazz. Not sure which to put first.
From a modeling standpoint, I think I'd like to do Emmett - the overly-muscular physique and all that.
I WILL NOT be making these to match the movie actors though. No matter what, my mental image of Edward is always mostly Rob Pattinson, but the others, I just don't picture as their movie actor counterparts. At least, not quite. So I'll probably take more liberties with them.
Anyway, I'm done with my aimless ramblings. I need to get to work.
